An original presentation I designed to help small businesses, community organizations and not-for-profits provide inclusive spaces for the trans and gender-diverse residents in Northumberland.

I was very excited to develop the Pronoun Usage & Trans Advocacy in Northumberland webinar that initially started as a presentation in a legal CPD. As I have grown as a content creator and community educator, I am currently in the process of revitalizing this presentation. Education about the trans and gender-diverse community is most important in the current climate of misinformation regarding the queer community.
HOW TO BE A BETTER ALLY
This presentation was created at the request of several community organizations during Pride this year (2023). It was designed to educate on the basics of queer issues and advocacy and how to be an effective ally.

WORLD AIDS DAY AWARENESS
December 1st is #WorldAIDSDay which is a day to support people living with HIV and to remember those who have lost their lives. It is also a day to educate and reduce the stigma around HIV/AIDS.
I have been organizing the yearly Red Scarf campaign in Cobourg since 2016.
